The company offers product delivery service to all customers at a fee although some products have a free delivery package and the words ‘FREE DELIVERY’ shall be written in block letters.
In Lusaka district, products bought before 10:30 hours will be delivered between 11:00 hours and 14:30 hours. And those bought after 10:30 hours but before 15:00 hours shall be delivered to customers between 15:30 hours and 17:00 hours. Any product(s) bought past (after) 15:00 hours shall be delivered on the next day. Express delivery shall attract a higher fee.​
Customers outside Lusaka district should expect to receive their products bought between 08:00 hours and 16:00 hours in 24 to 48 hours, depending on distance (from Lusaka to destination).
Note: >Product deliveries within Lusaka CBD (Town) are free.
>Customers in outskirts will be collecting their products from our nearest point of operation (Town).
